Feb 23, 2026 · Good morning, all. My PNC Bank accounts have not downloaded any transactions since 2/23/2026. I am using Direct Connect.

Mar 5, 2026 · PNC Bank provides our account information to a third party company called Direct Connect and Quicken downloads our account information from Direct Connect, not PNC.

Anyone having issues again with downloading from PNC Bank? It says it connects and there's nothing to download but I know that is wrong.

But for the specific accounts below the PNC Bank - Direct Connect FI on the right side it clearly showed there is an issue with the downloads because of the 10/13/2025 last data date.

I continue to have periodic problems with transaction download from PNC, even though the Connection says "Express Web Connect+".
