Netflix is fine on my smart TV and other apps are fine on Apple TV 4k. And yes, I've done all of the recommended fixes (reinstalling, restarting, unplugging, reseting, etc).

I know there is an issue with content on Netflix shot at 24fps being forced to play at 23.997, but that is a dropped frame every 30-40 seconds, not the frequent stuttering I am getting.

I'd like to watch TV shows in the computer app just like I do on my iPhone. On my phone, I can access all of my favorite TV shows in the 'up next section' and watch for free.
