Today at a Groundbreaking Ceremony held in the City of Danville, the White Mill was officially renamed Dan River Falls. The $85 million renovation project will turn the 550,000 square foot former mill into commerical space and 150 apartments in phase one followed by an additional 56 apartments in phase two.
