Vasectomy is a simple, permanent birth control for men! It is a quick 30-minute procedure. How it’s done: The tubes (vas deferens) that carry sperm are cut or sealed, preventing sperm from mixing with semen. It doesn’t affect sex drive or performance, just sperm delivery.
