Essex County officials have identify the victims in Saturday’s deadly shooting in Newark that killed 2, including a child, and left 3 others injured. Investigators say 10-year-old Jordan Garcia and 21-year-old Kiyah Mae Scott were struck by gunfire near the 300 block of Chancellor Avenue Saturday night.
