Bands of light snow will move through Central Illinois tonight resulting in snow covered roads and slick travel overnight and Friday morning. The system has slowed down a bit, now bringing snow into the Peoria area between 8 pm and 9 pm and having it fall through about 1 am. Another band may develop after 3 am with a period of freezing drizzle in between.
