Here is our new Eb cornette at about 90% complete... and John showing off the high C, high D and high even the F! We are aware that the soprano cornet is a melodic solo instrument! We have been happy with the sound and melodic qualities of this instrument for several months now... so our priority has been to work out the details of making the upper register up to and above the high C as clear and effortless as possible. We will save the musical excerpts for a player who knows the soprano cornet
