Here’s how to recall it Outlook (Windows): Go to Sent Items, open the email, click the three dots, More Actions → Recall This Message. Choose delete or replace. Outlook (Mac) Same, open the sent email, click the three dots, Recall Message. It only works if the recipient hasn’t opened it yet.
