I just went to dinner with 3 of my friends from highschool and for some reason it seems like our “average” lives post-high school are excelling. When I say “average” I mean 2 of us are in college and working service jobs, while the other two went the more blue collar route. All the “bullies”, people who disrespected teachers, or just people who doubted anyone who wanted to go far in life, are barley getting by. I’m not an exception.
