Caloric restriction is a REQUIREMENT for fat loss. Excessive restriction is not. If you’re continuing to fall into this pattern: 1. Figure out your true maintenance calories (TDEE calculators are all over the place) 2. Monitor for a few weeks 3. Take away 300-500 calories from that TDEE number 4. Reassess 5. Become consistent.
