UNION BLOCKED OFF AFTER A FATAL INCIDENT ST. LOUIS – Authorities are investigating a tragic incident that occurred Saturday morning involving a pedestrian who was struck and killed in north St. Louis. The accident took place around 10 a.m., near the intersection of Union Boulevard and Brown Avenue, just north of the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood.
